New bedroom photos for 2019 150 150 Ford Farm House

We have today (11/05/19) taken some new photographs of the guest room here at Ford Farm House

Wake up with a smile when you stay with us at Ford Farm House with lovely countryside views from your room.

A stylish French King-size bed is your point of retreat, a dining table and two armchairs giving you plenty of space to relax.

Within your room, you will find a small ‘kitchen’ style cupboard filled with all the essentials for making drinks and a continental breakfast.

The best part about staying in a continental bed and breakfast, is that you can have breakfast, at whichever time suits you, and how you would prefer it at home.

We are very generous when leaving food within your room, most of our guest make use of the bread, ham and cheese to make sandwiches for their day ahead.

This morning we woke up to a view of white across the garden, fields and the downs.

This is the second lot of snow we have had this month, March 2018, and expected to have some more tonight!

Here are some photos we have taken from both here at Ford Farm House and around Whitwell, Godshill and Rookley.

Pheasant pops in for some dinner

Every day here at Ford Farm, we get our regular visitor, Fred, with his family of pheasants turn up to have a spot of dinner.

We captured this photograph this week and thought we would share it with you, especially as it was such a sunny day too.

The weather really has been kind to us this month, be interesting to see what the Winter brings.

Some saying snow… what do you think?

**Don’t forget we are open for the Christmas period! Check out our Christmas page for more details**

Spring brings some colour to Ford Farm

The spring weather has definitely taken hold on the Isle of Wight, temperatures are rising, suns shining, plants are starting to perk up after a long winter of mixed weather.

Here is a selection of photographs taken today (03/05/16) of what has been happening at and around Ford Farm House.

Fields Getting Attention

The fields opposite our house has had some treatment done to it today in preparation to being seeded and produces some crop for the summer.

Gardens Starting to Perk Up

The grass is looking healthy, some of the more matured plants are now starting to get some leaves on them and some buds are forming.

Peasant Enjoying His Lunch

Our usual resident has been paying regular visits to have a spot of lunch, sadly didn’t see an appearance of his Mrs. today.

Enquire with us today!

We look forward to hearing from you with your enquiries, if you have not done so already, check out our availability page to see if your proposed dates are available.

Fancy self-catering instead?

We also have a sister business, Little Granville, a self-catering cottage at Ford Farm House with lovely views across the countryside.
